Louise has developed over 5 years experience within customer services and
over the past 2 years she has developed her career within the insurance
industry specialising in travel insurance. Louise is responsible for
day-to-day operations at Getcover and is available at the Getcover call
centre to assist customers with any queries they may have.

Fiona is a senior supervisor at the Getcover call centre. With over 5 years
customer service experience Fiona and her team are available at the Getcover
call centre to assist customers in arranging cover and dealing with any of
their web queries.

Brian has over 20 years insurance brokering experience. Brian is the point of
contact for businesses interested in becoming Getcover Affiliate Agents
(e.g. Travel Agents etc.). Brian in conjunction with the 'Getcover Product
and Pricing Team' is presently developing a new range of low cost insurance
products, which are due shortly to be offered on the Getcover website.
